Mindful Meditation provides a suite of meditation sequences at various lengths for you to help practice mindfulness and bring you back to the moment. It is recommended to set aside some time every day for some meditation to alleviate stress and clear your mind. <br/><br/>There are five different meditations available right now:<br/>* Three minute meditation mindfulness of breath<br/>* Four minute body scan to focus on body awareness<br/>* Five minute tension release meditation<br/>* Ten minute inner wisdom meditation<br/>* Twenty minute complete meditation with a focus on bodily sensations, sounds, breathing, feelings and more<br/><br/>To begin your meditation either invoke the skill with "Open Mindful Meditation" and follow the prompts, or say "Alexa ask Mindful Meditation for a three minute meditation" to start your practice immediately. <br/><br/>If you don't want to choose your meditation every time you can say "Alexa ask mindful meditation to set the default meditation to three" for example to set your default meditation to the three minute meditation. Doing so will automatically start the three minute meditation when you open the skill.
