Control your iComfort Thermostat using Alexa voice commands

With the iComfort S30 and iComfort E30 supporting Alexa, you can now control the temperature in your home by simply using voice commands.<br/><br/>Getting started:<br/>You will need to select &lsquo;Enable skill&rsquo; in the Alexa app. This will allow you to link your Lennox iComfort account with Alexa, and then discover your iComfort Thermostat as well as any iHarmony Zoning sensors paired with your system. <br/>Find further information on connecting smart home devices like your Lennox iComfort at: http://amzn.to/291lR7u<br/><br/>Controlling your iComfort devices with Alexa:<br/>You will need to tell Alexa which device you want to control. Please use the device name you see in your Devices list on the Alexa app.<br/>There are two ways to define this/these name(s):<br/>- Use the name(s) you set up already &ndash; these are shown on your iComfort Thermostat and can be changed, or<br/>- Create an Alexa group, like Bedroom or Downstairs, and add the thermostat and/or one or more sensors to the group (find more information at: amzn.to/2965dCE).<br/><br/> Example 1<br/> If you have the Lennox iComfort thermostat with the default system name, you can say:<br/>- &ldquo;Alexa, set Thermostat to 72 degrees&rdquo;<br/>- &ldquo;Alexa, what is the Thermostat set to?&rdquo;<br/>- &ldquo;Alexa, increase Thermostat temperature&rdquo;<br/><br/> Example 2<br/> If your iComfort thermostat is paired with iHarmony Zoning sensors named &ldquo;Bedroom&rdquo;, &ldquo;Upstairs&rdquo; and &ldquo;Living Room&rdquo;, you can command Alexa to adjust your individual room temperatures by saying:<br/>- &ldquo;Alexa, set Bedroom to 72 degrees&rdquo;<br/>- &ldquo;Alexa, decrease Upstairs by 3 degrees&rdquo;<br/>- &ldquo;Alexa, what is the Living Room set to?&rdquo;<br/><br/>Note: It is suggested to use easy to recognize room names (like &ldquo;Bedroom&rdquo;, &ldquo;Upstairs&rdquo;, &ldquo;Living room&rdquo;).<br/><br/>For all available Alexa Commands, FAQ and Support, visit our support site at:<br/>https://www.lennoxicomfort.com/SupportMain/SupportMain
