To use this skill you must have the DIRECTV Skill enabled. <br/><br/> Now you can ask Alexa questions about DIRECTV error codes, remote control or sound issues!<br/><br/>Tip: Always initiate this skill with &ldquo;Alexa contact DIRECTV Support&rdquo;.<br/><br/>Simply say &ldquo;Alexa, tell DIRECTV Support I have an error on my TV&rdquo; or &ldquo;Alexa, tell DIRECTV Support I have an error code.&rdquo; Alexa will prompt you to say the error code displayed on your TV.
