With the Smart Home skill and Alexa, you can interact with your lights and thermostats by voice. To get started, select the &lsquo;Enable Skill&rsquo; button in the Alexa App and enter your username and password to link your account and discover your devices. There are two ways to define the device names: <br/>* Use the names that already exist on your account. They are listed in your app and can be changed through the website. <br/>* Create an Alexa group, like Living Room or Bedroom, and add the device to the group. You will be able to now address those devices by group name. More information is available at Create a Smart Home Device Group ( <br/><br/>Here are a few example ways to interact with your lights and thermostats (start with &ldquo;Alexa&hellip;&rdquo;): <br/><br/>Thermostats <br/>&ldquo;&hellip;set the living room to 76 degrees.&rdquo; <br/>&ldquo;&hellip;increase the living room temperature.&rdquo;<br/><br/>Lights<br/>&ldquo;&hellip;turn on the office light.&rdquo;<br/>&ldquo;&hellip;brighten the office light.&rdquo;<br/>&ldquo;&hellip;set the office light to 75%.&rdquo;<br/> <br/>The example phrases are on an account with a thermostat named &lsquo;living room&rsquo; and a dimmer named &lsquo;office light&rsquo;.
